I'm not sure how many of you have heard the news reports about the massive wildfire in eastern Arizona. It's been dubbed the "Wallow Fire" and has taken over hundreds of square miles. The towns of Springerville and Eagar, where the 26 Bar Ranch is located, are in danger and evacuations have been ordered for many.

Jim spoke with ChiliBill this morning, and he has packed up everything John Wayne-related and is headed to safety.

It makes me sick to my stomach to think that the ranch may suffer damage due to the fires started by these scum, not to mention the entire rest of the eastern portion of Arizona. Put armed guards all along the border with shoot-to-kill orders, NOW.

I certainly hope that Chilibill and the rest of the folks there are all safe and well.
