    Plot Summary
    Steve McLean ( Tom Mix ) and his uncle are captured by outlaws and taken to a hideout
    where they meet John Darrell ( Joe Girard ), who has been a captive for two years.
    Darrell escapes, and the gang leader promises McLean his freedom if he will bring Darrell back.
    McLean agrees and meets Ann ( Alma Bennett ), with whom he falls in love.
    He captures Darrell and returns him to the outlaws. He then learns that Darrell is Ann's father,
    and he sets out to rescue him.
