Whatever is in Ms O'Hara's best interest would be my opinion, if it were any of my business. I wish her only the greatest health, good fortune and only good things in her life.
Oh, dear. I fear this may be an unpopular view of Ms O'Hara, but after reading her biography, I suspect she has a great deal of denial about, well, everything in her life. She could have a great deal of faith in the person to whom she has given her power of attorney, but without checks and balances, it could be a grave mistake.
Ms O'Hara was the victim of financial abuse by her second husband, Mr Price, and by her business manager as well. 
She does not seem to have learned by her mistakes. It's always good business for all parties to set limits. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case here, and whenever that happens someone usually takes advantage. Unlimited power of attorney is dangerous when given to anyone outside one's family. It can be a dangerous tool if given to an unscrupulous family member as well.
This is an unfortunate turn of events. 
I hope and pray for the best outcome for Ms O'Hara.
Thanks for sharing these lovely photos. I just finished reading Ms O'Hara's autobiography and am delighted to see she is still as lovely as ever.
