very heavy frost last nite,it landed like snow sunny today but cold.frost again tonight

schools back in so the sun and heat has arrived dont know for how long but loving it while its here

cloudy but dry,very cold wind from the south but at least it's dry

We have plenty of room down here in Texas for good Duke fans, especially those who have served their country. And we hardly ever have snow.

cold wet and miserable in lancashire - watching the cricket in australia has cheered me up though, not least cos we re winning again, but everything always looks better when you can watch a few hours of sunshine

this week it has been sunshine and now its the weekend they say we could have rain lol, badger its about time you guys won have been going for the poms all season glad to see that the aussies have had it bad now maybe we will get some young players. the old guys need to leave their zimmer frames on the sidelines to go play

It is very mild right now, but we're due to have a big blow come next Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. This is suppose to bring the coldest weather of winter here so far.

Gonna be dangerous driving tomorrow. For about the past 3 hours, we've had freezing rain here in north Texas. The roads will probably be solidly iced over in the morning.

Unusual weather this Tuesday morning in north Texas. Probably 4 or 5 inches of snow and ice on the ground. Glad I'm totally retired as it's very dangerous driving conditions out there and I wouldn't fancy trying to get to work.

The forecasters were right. 12-inch drifts. I know that ain't much for north of the Mason-Dixon but in Tejas, that's a lot.

i used to long for extreme weather like they get in parts of america, but having had temperatures of minus 20 this winter, i think i ll settle for wet and mild in future. freezing cold winters seem to be becoming the norm

@ 6:17 thiss evening, it was 27 F here in Austinstownsvillesburgsdorffskiskayastadtship.

cyclone Yassi hitting the northern coast a cat5 (the first cat 5 since 1918)one with winds up to 300km/hr, not near me but we could be in for a heck of a lot more rain. the say this cyclone will still be a cat3 cyclone 290kms inland. heres hoping that it doesnt go back out to sea as it could intensive again and travel a little more down the coast. winds from this cyclone will be felt as far down as rockhampton with sea surges felt all the way down to the sunshine coast just 2 hours drive away.
what have we done to get this sort of weather this year
