I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Thanks for sharing your enormous collection with this forum, Lasbugas. They really do make this site a must see message board. I've always enjoyed Duke's movies but hardly ever wondered what happened to the sets once the film was in the can. That has changed for me now. Since I have read Roland's fantastic book, "John Wayne was here", I now wonder about such things. The picture you just shared above of the Anderson ranch, I find myself wondering if it was an existing ranch used in other westerns or was it built for this film. Did they disassemble it afterwards or did it get used in later films? I've read a whole lot of Duke related books, yet I still keep learning and wanting to know more. This forum and the many members who have shared it over the years taught me a great many things about Duke and others. Thanks again for sharing all that you do!
