Dean Smith Celebrity Rodeo - October 19 - 21, 2006

Well, it's official - the Dean Smith Celebrity Rodeo is set for October 19 - 21, 2006, in Abilene, Texas. It is in honor and memory of John Wayne and to benefit the John Wayne Cancer Institute.

Check here for more information, regarding some of the celebs they expect to have in attendance. Since October is still a ways away, I would guess the list can change some.

Chilibill, maybe you can get a booth for the 26 Bar!

Sounds like a good idea to me. Les Adams would be the guy to contact, I think, he would have an idea what it would take to make that happen.

If nothing else, he would be the one to talk to about having a booth at the event, to promote the message board.
