Well, FWIW, Kevin set up this YouTube forum, so I guess he's OK with it at this time. He'll let us know if there is a problem.

I can understand the copyright holders going after YouTube, but I find it a little stretch that they'd go after anyone who has a link to it (YouTube).

I agree totally.

As far as copyright goes,
and I deal with it every day,
one or two are panicking!
We had the same question about the photos,
if someone comes along, and challenges us,
we say 'Oops, sorry',
and just take them off.
Most copyright holders are happy with that,
citing legal consequences, should you refuse.

Untill then sit tight.

Only worry IF it happens.

As long as they are there I wouldn't worry about it... it's YouTube's problem not ours.
