I can't even begin to tell you all how much Mr. McQueen means to me. He's everything in a man I strive to be. He's a great father, he's a good kind sweet man, he's a naturally brilliant actor. He's everything to me. I find it horrid that he didn't win the Oscar for "The Sand Pebbles". He more than deserved to have won it. Also, I find it absurd he was never Oscar nominated agin. He should have been nominated many many times. I just love him sooo much!! I also love his son and grandson Steven.

Any fans of the king of cool? He's the world to me!!!

I saw this a few months ago and it is a beautifully filmed masterpiece. Duke and William Holen were superb as always.

I really wish this movie wouldn't be remade. It's a classic and it's Duke's role and his role alone.

Since it is being remade I really wish Michael Douglas would play Rooster.

He added great support to Marlon Brando in A Streetcar Named Desire and On the Waterfront.
It's strange...he died the same day Brando did.

The original Planet of the Apes is THE version. I do not liek the remake. Hollywood remakes too many classcis and they all stink.

I own Desperate Journey. Errol Flynn is a favorite actor of mine and so is Reagan.

I agree. I've always felt Dana was underrated, too. He truly is remarkable as an actor. After I watched The Best Years of Our Lives (which I watched soley for the amazing Fredric March and Steve Cochran) I was so taken by Dana' performance and was instantly a fan.

I love his voice.

I've been a fan of Holden' for many years. I've seen quite a few of his movies. What a natural actor he is. He deserved his Oscar for "Stalag 17" - which is one of my favorite movies.

Anthony Quinn is one of my favorite actors. He's an incredibly talented man.

I have been a classics fan since I was a teenager. I have been in awe of not only the Duke but all the legends since I was a kid. They are mythical to me. Still are. But now they are also like old friends.

I need to get the last two Harry Potter books. I own and have read the first five.

Duke should have recieved an Oscar for this movie.
