    Hi all,
You mentioned so huge amount of interesting books about Duke and related to him that I feel completly lost and have no desire were to go and what next book to order. Now I have only two of them: one by Pat Stacy wich I have almost read and liked very much and Duke. The John Wayne album by Boswell and David it contains a lot of good photos.

You mean "The Adventures of Robin Hood" with Errol Flynn of 1938, do you? I love this film too, Flynn as well.
    Regards,
    Vera

    Hello All
Greetings Senta My maternal grandfather emigrated from what was then the Austro Hungarian Empire and is now the Ukraine in 1911 ( approx). I have never been to Europe East or West. Have you travelled in the United States?

I'd give almost anything to be able to afford to visit St. Petersburg's Hermitage. I've seen many articles about it and it must be a fascinating museum.

    Hi Stampy,
Yes it is great, but I think Louvre in Paris is better, if compare great masterpieces. In the Hermitage the whole palace is very impessive.

A great big welcome to you, Senta, to the John Wayne Message Board. It looks like you're our first Russian member, so this board is really taking on an international flavor. You'll find a lot of friendly folks around here ready to answer questions or to just communicate with you. Stick around and come often.
    Cheers - Jay :D

    Hi Senta -
I have never been there, but I understand St. Petersburg is a beautiful city. It was once a major center of musical activity during the Russian romantic period and still is as far as I know.
    Cheers - Jay :D

In Russia it is still the center of music, mostly simphonic, opera and ballet.

    Hi Stumpy,
Hope I'm not too bad (may be angel and badman). I 'm a woman.

    Hi,
I became JW fun only that year, and it begins with the collection of four John Ford movies with him - Stagecoach, The Searchers, Fort Apache and The Horse Solgies. After that I began to look for JW movies wether I can find them. I have now all that were here - it wasn't too much.

    Hi everyone,
I'm a new member her. I'm from Russia (St. Petersburg). I became John Wayne fun not far ago and really didn't know much about him, but in my search in Internet found this site and liked it.
