The Searchers was on today in the UK and I have to say that that last shot still gets me, the duke should have won an oscar for that performance.

Thats a coincidence I recently watched the Richard Donner cut of Superman II. You should check it out its much better than the theatrical cut because Brando is in it and it cuts out all the silly gags.

I love this film and if I'm correct this is the Duke's sequel apart from the Cavalry trilogy?

I've still to see this, its one of the films I've got on my to do list.
