Posts from ethanedwards in thread „Does Anyone Have Any Of The Following?“

    Hi, Carl,
Been off-line a few days and just picked up on this one,
I've got, some of the films you've mentioned,
and I hope the following is helpful to you.

BACK IN THE SADDLE- is not Roy, but a 1941, Gene Autry film.
The title song, becoming Gene's famous signature tune,
    'Back in the Saddle, again'

KING OF THE PECOS- John Wayne,Muriel Evans, Yakima Canutt. film released in 1936. Duke returns, to claim his boyhood home, back from an evil cattle baron.

    WESTWARD HO-John Wayne,Sheila Mannors, Yakima Canutt,released 1935.
Duke looking for his brother, forms a vigialnte group, to catch some outlaws, but his brother is the leader of the gang!

DISTANT DRUMS- was a Gary Cooper film, where he is a retired Captain looking for prisoners, captured by Indians, in the Everglades and Florida.

THE PROFESSIONALS- Just been on TV, this week, Burt Lancaster, Lee Marvin, and I think Robert Ryan,in Mexico, looking for the loot. Good Film!

MAN FROM COLORADO-William Holden, Glen Ford 1948

WARLOCK-Good film, Richard Widmark, Henry Fonda, Anthony Quinn, Doroty Malone, Produced by Edward Dymytrick .1959.

Suffice to say, I've kept them all, so to comment on them
means, as far as I'm concerned, the ones above are all worth collecting.
THE MAN FROM LARAMIE, being a great favourite of mine!
Directed by Anthony Mann, and also featured Arthur Kennedy and Jack Elam.

    Best Wishes,
    Keith
