I didn't know much about Jean Arthur, so I just looked her up. She was 43 years old when she made this film. I never would have guessed. She was in the movie business a few years before Duke started. She even worked with John Ford before Duke did, as she made the silent film Cameo Kirby with Ford in 1923. I Learn something new every day!
