Regarding internet references to Ruth Hall, I'm afraid there weren't any beyond mention of her name in numerous movies. You already have a filmography, so those didn't seem worth sharing.

It looks like a little research before the question would have answered the question, since it appears the whole thing is made of archive footage, as it is an editted version of an earlier movie (The Three Musketeers).
