I can see you are a little long in the tooth like me.
I read the Bond books when I was in high school. After seeing From Russia with Love.
Sean Connery is and will always be the number one Bond.
Roger Moore made Bond more like a comic book.
But Daniel Craig has taken Bond back to the Bond of the books.
All I can say is watch his Casino Royale and judge for yourself.
All three of his Bond movies are worth the time. -
Three movie holiday weekend.
Flight. Denzel Washington. Another fine acting job by this great actor.
Skyfall. This maybe the best Bond movie ever. I own them all.Big Bond fan.
Lincoln. One of Mr. lewis great acting performances.
This will be a fight for best actor between Washington and Daniel Day Lewis. -
Zulu, with Michael Caine
One of my all time favorite movies. I have seen this film over forty times.
Heroism at it's highest. -

Not for everyone or children. Sex drugs and language.
If you do not like the Family Guy you will not like this film.

P.S. Gorch I think that is the best of the Sinbad movies. -
I thought so to, but interestingly Jack O'Halloran who is the titular "Terror" has almost zero dialogue in the entire film.
He had no dialogue in Superman II. Maybe being a ex heavyweight boxer he was to punch drunk to remember his lines. -
Ken Burns Civil War.
This should be a must see for every American school child. Then maybe they will understand why we are the great country that we have become. Many a brave men on both sides died for what they believed was right. -
Two movies-thanks to WM having them on their shelves.
Treasure of the Sierra Madre w/ Bogie, Tim Holt, John & Walter Huston, Barton MacLane, Bruce Bennett and Alfonso "Badges? we dont got no badges, we dont need no steenkin badges" Bedoya.
The Last Starfighter w/ Robert Preston and another old timey actor I like but cant think of his name off hand. Was kinda fun watching this movie.

Who in the 60's was the spokes person for kraft foods. -
Last night at the movies. The King's Speech.
Well made. Great acting and a nice little piece of English history.
Later that night another Colin Firth film about English history.
The Last Legion. A little more legend then real history. But good action film. -
Matewan with Chris Cooper and James Earl Jones. A fact based story about the conflict between the coal miners' union and the mining bosses in 1920s West Virginia. A good movie.
I second that, Matewan is a very good film. Very well made period piece. -
THE GETAWAY. Steve McQueen. The master of cool.

ArthurHere in the states the film is retitled The Pursuit of The Graf Spee. Good film. Very historically correct.
