Paranorman stop motion kids movie. Really well put tigether
Le Samouraï (1967) A French film starring Alain Delon that was really good.
Wow, never thought someone on here would be watching that!
It's a fantastic new wave/noir movie. So stylish it almost hurts.
Moonrise Kingdom. Wes Anderson at his tip top best!
Ed Norton is great. Probably not the sort of film you guys would watch, but for me
it has to be up there with Rushmore, my fave Aderson film.
Latest episode of The Walking Dead
I hope you're all sitting down, may need a stiff drink... I've never seen this film!!!
I have posters of it but never got round to seeing it.
Obviously it's another to add to the list, sigh... Need to take a year off just to catch up!

The Master of Ballentrae with Errol Flynn

I love this film! Not one of Errol Flynn's best swashbucklers but it shows a glimmer of hs past glories. Also shot in England around Cornwall.
I saw To Kill A Mockingbird and it was great. Why was it great? I didn't see it on TV. I saw it at a thearter last week for TCM great night at the movies. They show a movie at theaters across the country and it was in my area. I finally saw this movie (my all-time favorite). When this movie came out back in 1962, I was only a year old. So, this was just a treat to see it and it was wonderful. I think I had chills all night and the music was fantastic. Gregory Peck was beyond belief. Hope to see other movies like that. Well worth the cost.

Damn, you guys get to see all the classics at the cinema! We don't get much of that, only in London do they show classics like that, that's why I'm a member of BFI. Which they would be more widespread as travelling into London just for films is an expensive hobby!
Would I do that? :-))
Naw--it was the absolute dumbest piece of garbage I saw some of in a lomng time. Its as bad as the lousiest war movie I ever fast forwarded through called: "Battle For The Last Panzer" w/ Klaus Kinski.
I guess this makes a change to me constantly adding films to my list that you mention!
I saw some STUPID zombie movie on the FX station last night and boy-when I say it was a stupid movie? I MEAN it too. I was wasting time waiting for the 10PM news to come on.
Glad it wasn't another episode of The Walking Dead you could tell me all about!
Just watched the Plainsman with Gary Cooper which starts with Lincoln giving a speech.
Obviously subliminal to get me down to the cinema when it comes out in the UK!
Chandu the magician with Bela Lugosi
Lincoln.
I saw it in the theater last night. This movie is VERY good. Daniel-Day Lewis SHOULD win the Oscar. Tommy Lee Jones should be nominated for Best Supporting...He was excellent.
I am massively looking forward to this one and really pleased to hear it is good.
Daniel Day lewis is amazing, he seems to be able to completely morph into a character without huge amounts of make-up to hide behind.
Can't wait, can't wait!
Battleground looks like another good'un!
Is it another Warner archive number Carl?
It's sad when people get so typecast like that and the effect it has on the individual. He was actually a pretty good actor but TV at the time was such a massive cultural thing he had little hope of shaking it off.
Glad my namesake is being well represented in this film, lol!
