Watched this also this afternoon and I agree with everything you said above, Keith. I swear, that Maureen was a total knockout back in the Forties.
I liked the plot of this film better than the first I watched today but as swell as Maureen looked in this movie, I thought she was even more beautiful in the first one.
I always like military-oriented movies, especially the Marines.
