Posts from chester7777 in thread „Earl Holliman“

    I wonder if Jay ever went to the Fiesta Dinner Theatre in San Antonio that Mr Holliman ran for years.

    Sorry I didn't see this question earlier!!!:)))::headbonk:
    As a matter of fact, I did attend one performance while it existed. Didn't see Mr. Holliman but I imagine he wasn't there all that often. The play I did see was "Mr. Roberts" with Patrick Wayne in the title role.

    Jay,

    I wondered why the :headbonk: and :))): . . . but when I went back to see what the question was, I saw it was from 2008!!

    I must confess, I had not seen that question the first time around, either :))):!

    When did you see that play with Patrick Wayne? That's kind of a neat JW connection!

    I also noticed, in reading this thread again, that Earl Holliman is still alive, only a year younger than my dad. Then I started wondering what he's doing these days (my dad's still pretty active), so Googled him and came up with a few interesting sites -

    Earl Holliman - A Tribute Website to a Great American Icon

    Earl Holliman at Hollywood.com

    Interview with Earl Holliman - Box Office Mojo

    From what I'm seeing, the most 'recent' comments and photos seem to be from 2006. IMDb indicates his most recent appearances in film were in 2000. Anybody know any more?
