Leo Gordon had quite a real life tough guy reputation. He did some great fights with Clint Walker on the "Cheyenne" series. He did all his own stunts in those fight scenes. Noticed on "Hondo" that Leo Gordon is doubled by Chuck Roberson for almost the entire fight with Duke. It was one of his first films, and I don't think Duke trusted him to pull his punches.
