I see Black Sunday is now available. Also, the other Black Sunday movie aka Mask of Satan Barbara Steele Horror movie from 1960 has turned up as well.

I suppose it is a bit like closing the circle like the Planet of the Apes and Terminator movies. The Studio knows that with name recognition that the movie will make a profit with cinema attendance DVD sales and TV rentals.

Remember that Silence of the Lambs to a large extent was a remake of the earlier Manhunt movie in 1986 (which sank without trace). Another one for Stumpy's sequel list.

Thomas Harris the author also wrote Black Sunday all those years ago. It is a movie that has never turned up on DVD yet.

Yes I like science fiction and horror movies too.

I take it this film will explain how Hannibal turned out the way he is.
