Interestingly , we did have such a thread that ran for some time.
The Real Senior Members Thread.
We used it as a general silly nonsense thread
with light hearted banter between boy and girl members.
There is no reason this thread can't be
used for the general chit chat of day to day life.

For our newer members.

Also a timely reminder to stay on-topic in the threads,
particularly, the movies reviews etc,
where there is growing tendency to 'chat'
about health, welfare and other non-related things.

We would appreciate in order not to clutter informative threads,
that 'chat' can be carried out by Chat Room or PM
