Wish it was possible to upload music from our computers to sites like this. And who know, it probably is possible; I just dont have the technical knowledge or ability to do it.
Of course, I imagine it would take up a tremendous amount of bandwidth.

As you can see, I have catholic tastes in music. I love it all except opera and hip-hop. Oh, and I must admit I listen to less C&W than R&R, Doo-Wop, Big Band, Jazz and Pop. But even in C&W, there are many songs I like.

cant figure out how to get the video from youtube up on here like Stumpy has done above^^
Ned,
Go to the second "sticky" thread in the YouTube Video Forum and Mrs. C explains how it's done. The only thing is - if you're trying to post something modern, that's popular with the younger folks, whoever posted the video on YouTube will usually insert something that'll prevent their posting from being copied elsewhere, such as I did -

NEIL DIAMOND. Hay I like the guy.(xmastree)
Me too, Bill. I really like "Sweet Caroline", "Heartlight", "Coming To America" and several other of Neil's tunes. -
I love show tunes, and like you say, especially the ones I can sing to.
I love 'em too. One of my favorite films to sing along with is "Calamity Jane" In fact, Doris sings one of my all-time favorite songs in it - one I sang to my "secret" highschool sweetheart. -
Just cannot stand Rap crap!!
Amen, brother Todd. -
When convenient we'd like to hear if there is way to post a small "signature" photo other than using Avatar?
Jan (Jack, too)
Maybe this link tells how, Jan & Jack

Here's a link I found on Google which explains the act more fully (from a liberal viewpoint).

Ok, before I go into total disbelief....can someone explain what this "Fairness Doctrine" is about?
Mark
It was a policy in effect until about 1987, when the Reagan administration did away with it. It said that if radio stations broadcast any political advice or news, that both the conservative and liberal points of view had to be broadcast. The liberals have tried several times to broadcast their points of view to counter many conservative talk show hosts, such as Rush, but each time they've tried, their programs were soon taken off the air because nobody listened to them or bought ad time on them. -
I used to listen to Rush religiously but finally he got a little too strident for me. Not only that but I got tired of listening to him pat himself on the back.
If the Dems pass the "Fairness Doctrine" BS again, I wouldn't put it past Rush to find himself a fairly close Caribbean Isle, erect a thousand foot antenna, with a million amp microphone, and blow the Dems off the map, just to spite the SOBs.
