The DVD release also contains the promotional movie for Midway which gives a nice history of the development and use of aircraft carriers upto WW2.

There is a great promo made on the making of Midway similar to Cahill. It is narrated and hosted by Charlton Heston and covers the history of aircraft carriers and covers the history of the events upto Midway. There are generous clips from the movie as well.
