Morgan Woodward, star of 'Dallas' and 'Star Trek,' dead at 93
Also, "the man with no eyes" in Cool Hand Luke.
Was also going to come here to post about Richard Anderson dying. So heartbroken over this. The other main fan blog I participate in is one called the Bionic Project- a fan community of those who love the Six Million Dollar Man/The Bionic Woman. I absolutely adore these shows and I love Richard not only as Oscar Goldman in those shows, but also his varied performances in a great deal of other shows and movies. He has a smallish role in one of my top 5 favorite movies (Escape from Fort Bravo) and I've seen him in a random smattering of episodes from other shows: The Big Valley ( a few times!), Columbo, *I think an episode of Murder She Wrote?*, and others.
RIP Richard Anderson. Such a gentleman. You will be sorely missed by your fans.
I know he also appeared in maybe a couple of Rifleman episodes as an old gunfighter pal of Lucas.
I remember first seeing him in Southern Comfort. He did such a good job in Deadwood, that I really hated his character. A very good actor who will be missed.
That's when I first saw Boothe. Then he was in the original Red Dawn. My favorite role of his, though, has to be that of Curley Bill Brocious in Tombstone. He looked like he was having a ball in that one.
Noreen Corcoran, of Bachelor Father, has died at 72 of cardiopulmonary disease. Her brother, Kevin, just passed away this past October.
Also, actor Dean Jones has died at 84, as has actress Melody Patterson, who played Wrangler Jane on F Troop.

Dick Bakalyan, Character Actor Who Appeared in ‘Chinatown,’ Dies at 84
He always played characters you loved to hate. And he was good at it. He also played Mafia assassin, John Scalisi, in The St Valentines Day Massacre.
I see poet, Rod McKuen, has passed away at 81.
Swedish blonde bombshell, Anita Ekberg has passed away at 83.
Veteran leading man and character actor, Rod Taylor has died at 84. Man, did he ever have some great roles. I think my most favorite was in John Waynes, The Train Robbers, as Grady, always needful of something to do. Thought his line, the last one in the movie, was fantastic. When Duke takes off after the train, Ben Johnson's character says, "rob a train"? Rod Taylor looks at him and says, "something to do"!

Hey, no problem. The guy you had pictured, I've seen him in quite a few movies, but can't remember his name.
RIP James
Ethan, the picture you posted is not James Shigeta.
Here he is. http://www.imdb.com/media/rm36…2/nm0793363?ref_=nm_ov_ph
Wow, didn't know Brenner was that old. Always liked his act, thought he was one of the funnier stand up comedians. One joke lways stands out. He says riding a bus and your sitting on a newspaper and someone asks if you're done reading it. His punchline, no, still reading it. And he would get up, turn the apaer over and sit back down on it.
William Clay Ford, grandson of Henry Ford and part of the family that owns Ford Motor Co. has died of pneumonia at age 88. Ford was also owner of the Detroit Lions of the NFL.
Also, just read today that William "Wild Bill" Guarnere has passed away. He gained fame in the Stephen Ambrose book Band Of Brothers and later HBO mini-series. And his best friend and comrade, Babe Heffron, another member of the Band Of Brothers passed away in December.

I remember Edwards more from Jackpot than Name That Tune. Used to watch Jackpot all the time. Always had that huge stack of gift boxes and contestants yelling out JACKPOT, every so often. Strange that two well known game show hosts pass in one week. Hope Bob Eubanks is in good health.
Just read in my local paper that Sid Caesar has died at 91. One of the funniest ever. His Tv show, Your Show Of Shows was was one of the best ever. Good actors, good writing.
Academy Award winning actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman found dead at 46 from an apparent drug overdose in his apartment. He won best actor Oscar in 2006 for his portrayal of Truman Capote. Also in numerous other films over the years and most recently in Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
My oldest son plays and sing in a band and one of the songs they do is The Shape Of Things To Come from Wild In The Streets.
