This is for all the friends that i made here on this web-site starting many years ago ! I had to leave for five days with my house keeper and her husband and live in a hotel 50 miles away !! The fire got within 1/2 mile here at the main house and my house but everything is about back to normal now, but we still have not been up to the high country yet to see if "duke's" s.o.b. Line shack is still there or not !!! I have been on the run all week with all the news networks from all over the world wanting to see and talk about john wayne's 26 bar ranch, and it looks like john wayne is still on many peoples mind 32 years after his passing !!! Duke would go to The Red River Ranch that was South of Phoenix when He could between Films when He could in the Winter Time when the Weather was Not so Hot !
He would spend as Much time as He could in the Summer Time Between Films at The 26 Bar Ranch that is in the High Country in Eastern Arizona that was Not Hot like Southern Arizona.
