    YES ANY GOOD ROAST WILL COOK UP GREAT WITH THE 26 BAR RANCH BAR-B-Q SAUCE, JUST COOK IT UP THE SAME WAY IN A OVEN COOKING BAG !!
    REMEMBER THE OLD NEGROS THAT FIRST COOKED UP THIS KIND OF BAR-B-Q CALLED THE BRISKET "JUNK MEAT" BECAUSE IN THE OLD DAYS DID NOT COST MUCH MONEY, AND WAS JUST GROUND UP INTO CHEAP HAMBURGER, SO GO FOR IT AND YOU WILL LIKE JUST ABOUT ANY MEAT COOKED UP WITH THE BAR-B-Q SAUCE !!!

    Thanks Bill! I have written down the recipes and the cooking instructions, and can't wait to try them out! Sorry I haven't been in touch like I should. Jess keeps getting after me to get in touch with you, but I guess I'm just not very good at things like that. I don't even keep in touch with Jess as often as I should.     Doggone it Bill! That brisket and Corn Pie look GOOOOOD! I have a question, though. Since brisket is getting kind of expensive around where I live, will a roast work just as well?
