i know it has been a long time my being here
and posting but it has really been hard these
last few months since my mom passedaway
trying to get everthing cleared up. and i have
had some really bad days. everything that can go wrong
has gone wrong.
and now when i try to get in i have to try aleast four times i was leaving
myself signed in.

i have not been on line
my mom is real bad. we have a hospice
coming into the the nursing home to help
take care of her.
and i have been real sick for over a month
i think alot of th is from all the stress of trying to
take care on my mom
with hospice coming i hope it will help me
alot.
my mom just wants to die.

update on my mom
the fist sugry in dec did not hold the hip where they put the
bolt to hold the rodes in place cracked so they had to take that
all out and do a complete hip replacement on jan 22 2013
went back to have update on surg the rest was good
they took the staples out and stitches. the xray showed the ball in the hip is out.
so they want to put her to sleep as outpatient and put it
back in place it my hold and it may not
she is 89.
lindaj48 cross your fingers and please pray for her cause this she can not keep going back and have done. if it will not stay in place they she will never walk again

Update On My MOM 1-18-13
my mom had to go back to the hospital tonight.
they took and xray and westview and the bolt in
her hip had moved and was going in wrong.
i just got back from the hosptial. not sure when
they will do sugr. good be in the morning. they took
another xray at the hospital and it looked like the hip
cracked. Not Sure If They Will Put In A Plate Or Hip Replacement.

I know it has been sometime since i was here.
just wanted to say hi to all the newbes and all my friends.
my mom has been falling alot so i have been busy taking
care of her. was going to put her in a nursing home but
she said the other day she would not go. so i told her
then we will have to get the medical alert for you and that
if she gets real bad and needs 24/7 care then she would have
to go. she was better the last few days and i took her to
the doc last weds and he said the infection was cleared up.
she spend time at my brothers cuze he made an apartment for her. and she spend time with my when she is not feeling good.
she will be with me when he goes for his fishing trip in oct. then i hope to beable to go to my class reunion that is in oct. later that month.

it has finely cooled off. which i love.
they are still fixing thing from the tornado that hit here in
april. i still have tree limbs falling when the winds blows hard.

hey all
i have mom with me she will be here until around 17 or 18th of june. she was not feeling good today. she did not want to be by shelf today. mom has been having bad dreams about dad and others that are no longer living. just want to give you an update on what will be going on for a while.

i know i have not been on here much i am taking care of
my as she keeps falling. i went and got her a travel chair
and i have her so many days of the week and my brother
has her the over the weekend.
i love all the things you send me.
we sure are losing alot of the good ones.

thank you all for all of your support and friendship.
i got things worked out for my mom she will spend sometime
with me n then my brother that way we can both have time and relaxe and not put to much on either one of us.
she will be with me some of the days of week n then he can
pick her up on his way home from work. or i will take her
over to his place. in the afternoon just before he gets home.
she will be with me this thurs. friday. and some sat.
then the last part for two days after school is out.
then two weeks in june. and if it gets real bad in winter then i will have her more as it is to hard to get her out n back in if we get alot of snow. lol
we found out that asst living cost way to much n as she is having trouble falling they will not take her
n medicare will not pay anything. but medicad will take all she gets and give her only 60.00 a month. for a nursing home. that is alot of bull.
all the yrs we work and nothing is there when we need it. -

Linda, you are in my prayers. You have a plate full. But I must say that you have a lot of courage. Not only do you have to deal with your issues but also your mother's and you try to stay positive in front of her. You are some special person. Keep venting out, here. We are there for you. i am going to move mom back here with me we go to the same doctor
and when i told him she was falling alot he said she could not be alone anymore during the day and when i told my brother he said will them you will have to come over here. i told him i could be there everyday all day long as there was some tonrado damage here that i had to be here for them to do. so i told him i would move mom back over here.
i know he has to work.
i asked about my ex sister in law and he said it was not her to help out with mom that she had her own life. he asked if i wanted him to not work and i said no. no you have to work but the doctor said she had to be with me or a asst living and she dose not have that kind of money.
so i told him i would move mom back with me. my doc is worried about the stress on me as i do have a liver contation that is only managble. but my blood purse is up. oh will i will take care of my mom as long as i can. he said if the kept falling she would brake her hip and that would not be good. that is what my dad did was broke his hip. and he never recovered. in 2009.
it has been a very busy time but i will get her mom over here and see what kind of help i can get for her. with VA( PENSEN) n the SSI -

i just got my internet a little bite ago. my lights came on last night are 8 PM, they are just now getting the gas back on. still a lot of clean up to do. hope everone is ok that was in the area that was hit. it was really bad. i all i could do was stay in the hallway of my house. just now have the gas company here to turn on the gas.

letting you i am back on my feet doing good. been cleaning and getting things looking like it is xmas. i see with the doc that did my eyes this coming week. and will know about how they are doing. my gallbadder is doing great been cleaning and shopping for (xmastree)i wish you all a great happy and save xmas and happy new yr were are really getting cold here now.(xmastree)(newyr)
