Let's not forget
Pals Of The Saddle- Ann-Margaret -
I suppose you could add Shirley Temple. More people have probably heard Good Ship Lollipop than Happy Trails. Also frrom Fort Apache Dick Foran (Quincannon) was well known as a singer. He was also in Donovan's Reef with Duke.
Thanks for those two,
they are even worth profiles of their own -

please mention them.Dean Martin
Frank Sinatra
Glen Campbell
Howard Keel
Bobby Vinton
Ricky Nelson
Frankie Avalon
Fabian
Tab Hunter
Ken Curtis
Roy Rogers
Dick ForanSophia Loren

Dale EvansWe could also mention
Paul Anka and Tommy Sands from The Longest Day (but they were not in the same scenes as Duke)
Dorothy Lamour, also in Donovan's Reef (but not as such a professional singer)You might want to add Robert Mitchum (they cut his song scene from El Dorado),
he was regarded as quite a good singerAlso Regular co-star Chill Wills
