Like many others welcome to the board, and like many others we are looking forward to the publication of your book.
One question some years ago I bought the Harry Carey jnr book Company of Heroes and got into trouble with his wife because (a) I paid for it in cash.
(b) I paid for it in English money and (c) I didn't pay enough for the packing and posting.
I would be grateful, in order not to make the same mistake, if you could give me some idea of the cost of postage to UK.
