I remember Bouchy as Col. Secord in the "Horse Soldiers". His character had no inkling of military tactics and only seemed to have a desire to return to Congress, hoping his exploits during the Civil War would gain him votes. Secord seemed to be like the current crop of congressmen, completely clueless!
