It would interest me a little. Let's come up with a cast we would like to see.

Mr. NIghtlinger could be played by Denzel Washington.

I haven't heard anything else about it. I am with you, a remake would be a shame. They are remaking movies all the time, some not even that old. Leave the classics alone!
