All I can say about this afternoon and still happening is-the title to a great old song called: "Blinded By the Light."

They say this is an improvement but--not to me. The skies are blue--no clouds--and the heat is rapidly returning.
Kinda reminds me of a poem that John Wayne said in an episode of Laugh In: "The Sky is blue, the grass is green, the hell with them, join the Marines" :lol:

Decently cold today with light drizzle but, tomorrow is supposed to eb even better--ala--colder and rain!!!!!!!!!!!! However, "we'll" see-we'll see.

Cold Front blew through around 4 am and we had some wet stuff which came down heavy for a short while. :-))

Heat and humidity--what else is new? So much for Winter even if were getting a cold breeze in later today.

Our ""BIG BIG"" rain has already stopped. So much for 2-4 inches of it--were lucky IF we got 1/2 inch. I guess that's better than nothing.

We finally got some wet stuff--even if only briefly-and only drizzle at that. We WERE supposed to average about 2-4 inches of rain but??????????????????????????????????

Still slightly chilly, clearing skies which means--big heat up coming.

2013, Surprisingly started with a crisp bright sunny day.
Good start for the new yearThat's because we here in Texas, are getting some of that stuff you all get all the time called: RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! :-))
Oh and, its slightly chilly outside but sitting inside Dairy Queen, its absolutely FRIGID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
