Posts from ShortGrub in thread „Kevin Costner“

We keep talking about Cage and he'll have a legends page.

Back to Costner, his Elliot Ness had more emotion than Robert Stack's portrayal of the 50's. Why do you think? The time period, or the actor?

    You mean there are two!!!

Could be worse could be Nicholas Cage or Keanu Reeves:cry2:

Wait a minute Cage is a good actor. Famly man was funny, both National Treasures, and The Rock.
Reeves in The Matrix series will be the measure of any scifi movie.imho.

    Not legends though.

I agree Stumpy that Sean Connery helped with the Untouchables, but Costner did do a good job.

Dances with Wolves will always be his best unless he does a better one in the future imho.

I personally like Robin Hood because of Morgan Freeman who makes any movie good, but also some other good character actors. The guy who played his father, Maid Marian, and the Sheriff who was a howl.

JFK I though he did a good job. That was done when the files were still under lock and key and he followed Stone's direction perfectly.
