Sitting in doors with the snow expected any time now watching the television sport the snow is working its way down the country. It supposed to be coming directly from Siberia.

Overcast today and wind starting to blow so im wondering if we are finally bgetting another cool breeze in?????????

Seems the weather patterns are changing. Both December and January had substantially more rain than the average for those months. We still need more than 8" of rain to break the drought, but the weather is working on it. We had some heavy rain in areas of San Antonio last night (with some hail reported) but had very little at my house.

We expected to wake up to heavy snow but none has appeared yet, with a bit of luck we may have got away with it.

We FINALLY got a decent Cold Front in last night with a good amount of rain too. Im happy for now as long as it doesnt get hot again in 2 days.

While the rest of the country is covered in snow,
we have none at all!
