New Movie Discussion

There was a audition here in Montgomery for the young female lead for the movie "True Grit." Now I am not a fan of remakes, but this is interesting due to the fact that they are here doing this. I was not aware that the Coen Brothers were doing this movie. Not a fan of them. They did movies like Lady Killers, No Country for Old Men, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, Raising Arizona.

I guess Jeff Bridges is playing Rooster Cogburn, ay. Well, he doesn't command the presence of John Wayne onscreen but, he is one darn good actor and he just might be able to pull it off.
