Duke: Son, I told you before that I cannot sing. I played Singing Sandy in the movies, but someone else was doing the singing. I hate it when they keep asking me to sing, "Home of the Range".
Man behind, Duke: I was gonna ask him to sing, Ole El Paso.

Psychics seems to run in phases where I live. They come up from time to time depending on what's going on in the world today.
They seemed to be very popular back in the late 60's during the US involvement in Vietnam, then around '74-'76 during the gas crises we seemed to see them in demand again.
And about the time that movie "Ghost" with Patrick Swayze and Whoopie Goldberg made its way to the silver screen, here we go again. I have to admit that it hasn't come up since. Maybe it is because most of them were in the twin towers on September 11, 2001. I just haven't heard much about it since.
But seriously, in my opinion, these people seem to pop up when we are in some sort of crises. And I know there are some around, I am talking about popularity.
My two cents worth and I may be over charging here, it is a hoax. They can say anything and suggest something that makes you believe that they are real, but in fact we all face some hard aches in life that can be triggered by suggest tales. I did a paper on Psychics back in college a while back in a psych class and that was before the internet. I actually did some really extensive research on the subject.
And if there is anyone here a Psychic, find a real job and stop taking advantage those people.

Hondo with John Wayne and Geraldine Page. I really like the movie. A great story.

Groundhog Day with Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. A cute movie that you have to see over and over again just to see February 2 play out over and over again. Don't know why I like it. It is corny, but it's fun to watch. Maybe it is Andie. She is hot!

Just to be there to see it and also to be sailing on it would have been something else. I am amazed at how small they are in today's ships and how they were able to get so many on board those ships.
Too cool Carl. Just beautiful.

Here is another one to say goodbye.
Phyllis Diller has left us. Loved to see her with Bob Hope. She will be missed. R.I.P. Phyllis.

This is too incredible.
William Windom started out in TV until his big break on the big screen as the lawyer opposing Gregory Peck in To Kill a Mockingbird. But his loyality stayed with TV in The Farmer's Daughter, My World and Welcome to it, Murder, She Wrote. He was 88. R.I.P. William!
Way too many leaving us.

R.I.P. to both Tony Scott and Scott McKenzie. Gave us a lot of culture through their talents. May you both continue to inspire in years to come.
A shame what Tony did to end his life.

Firefies in the Garden with Ryan Reynolds and Willem Dafoe. It was a pretty good movie. Not for the young. Some profanity in the movie and adult theme in the movie. Julia Roberts was also good in the movie.

Freinds with Benefits with Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis. Not for the young under 18. Had some funny parts and lines. Was alright but nothing I want to see again. Rated R.

Well, I missed the actual day, but Happy Belated Birthday, Ms. O'Hara. May you live your life with the passion you've given us throughout the years. And may your health be with you always.

WOW! may2, you are our R.I.P. reporter. Sad day to see so many go. They had a long and hopefully happy life. May you Phyllis and Biff rest in peace.

Happy Belated Birthday, Tennessean! You've made it to my age. 51 is not so old.

That guy was really weird, but funny, which is what he wanted to accomplish on the show. Sad to see him pass. RIP, Horshak.

No Mike, like you I went nowhere near it,
in fact my girlfriend moved out of London,
whilst it was on, to be down here in the South West.
The nearest I got ,was seeing the Olympic torch,
coming through my home town
That was cool to see the torch. When it made its trip to my area, the torch didn't go to my hometown, but did the towns around me, so I missed that too. Just too many people to really enjoy it.

You should have gone to Athens or one of the outlying areas Mike. A friend of mine was a vendor there, and she said it was more like going to a large rivalry football game. Sure glad there was no trouble in the UK. How long have you been in Atlanta? I left in 1969 when it got too big for me, LOL. Atlanta CC was way out in the country then! Went to Westminster and then Piedmont Nursing School. Went back for my reunion a few years ago...we stayed in Buckhead...I still knew my way around there and it was right at West Paces Ferry so we could go visit the school. KEITH
I live in Alabama just outside of Montgomery. I don't go to Atlanta if I can help it. No fun at all. I have to go through when I go to Greensboro for convention, which I missed this year. But it is the only way on the ground to get there from my house. No way will I go there if I can help it. I won't go there this weekend to see the Dodgers (I'm a fan). Just hate that town.

Thanks Mark, Keith, KPKEITH and Arthur. It was so nice of you to say such nice things to me, and I do appreicate your friendship. See you soon.
