I have a Cahill Cast Mug in great shape with the gold handle. The inscription says Good luck John Wayne.

background I purchased this Mug form a police chief from the Seattle area. He met Duke when he there
filmimg Mcq and this was a gift. He never used it for coffee it sat on his desk until he retired in the late
nineties. The mug therefore is in excellent condition.

I noticed the Lonesome Dove comments and agree its a great western. Would have loved to seen Duke, Jimmy Stewart and Henry Fonda do it as it was originally written for them.

obviously know you are the True Fans. I do stick by my sentiment that the remake crew did not pay enough(or any) respect to the original or the Duke. As for being a troll I posted here before under other screen names, as I changed email over the years I've had to changed my screen names. I'll post something more positive next time.

I can't believe the John Wyane messageboard disregards the fact that the Cohen Brothers have continually denegrated DUKE in their interviews. They claimed to never have seen the original, yet most of the camera angles are taken directly from Hathaways version. I am not saying they have to Love JOhn Wayne but if your going to remake this movie you need to show some respect and they have not done that.
I have read many interviews regarding this movie and have finally had it. All I need now is a way to resign from this board and find Dukes real fans
