Hmm Burt Reynolds dressed as Indian on a venegeance tour. You must be a fan of Italian Westerns to like it. Nevertheless beside of all the violence an entertaining flick with a good music score from Ennio Morricone.
It was weird enough seeing him as an Indian on Gunsmoke (Quint Asper), when he was decked out in the warpaint, etc. He didn't look too bad when he became the blacksmith, but at first, when he was living with his family. I realize he was 1/2 Indian, but he still looked a little strange. -

Reading Louis L'Amour's Riding the Grub Line. A series of short stories, most of which I have read in other LL books, but still a great read. I don't think there has ever been a better Western writer than Louis L'Amour!

Watched Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino last night. Great way to go out on his acting career. (He as since stated that that would be is final acting role.) He did a fantastic job and the ending shocked me as well. Not your usual Clint Eastwood ending, but that made it even better!

We recently had to put down our 12 1/2 year old Chow. I've never had a more loyal pet & still haven't gotten over the grief. She literally grew up with our children. I'd like to say that the pain goes away, but so far it hasn't for me... -
Red Dead was great, but GUN was my favorite as well! Looking forward to a new Red Dead.

The History Channel has run a Western marathon today. Started off watching Wyatt Earp with Kevin Kostner, followed up with Tombstone.
