A film similar to Kick-Ass, but I think more darker in tone. Still enjoyable for what it is.

The Green Hornet

Decent, but nothing spectacular. Still, can't say I was disappointed at all.

I don't think he will ever disappear either. Personally, I think the Duke has very recently enjoyed something of a renewed interest due to the remake of True Grit. Which I think is a great thing. Just tonight, I went to check out at a local hastings store and they had copies of the 1969 True Grit sitting there by the register. Now I already own the dvd, but noticed how the people behind me in line were picking it up and checking it out. I think the people who take the time to check out the original, will find the Duke's film enjoyable even if they thought they wouldn't have any interest beforehand.

Michelle was so perfect for Catwoman.

Creature from the Black Lagoon

Always been a favorite of mine. The Gill Man really stands out from the monsters of the 1950's, and Julie Adams was gorgeous.

Waking the Dead

Pretty good movie starring the beautiful Jennifer Connelly.

Currently watching The Insider with Russell Crowe.

Haven't seen it in ages, and remember very little about it. I usually like Michael Mann films, so I hope I'm not disappointed with it.

True Grit (1969)

Watched the 2010 version a few days prior, but felt like revisiting the original again. Very entertaining movie, and the Duke just has such a presence about him. As much as I like the remake, I sttill prefer the original overall.
