I found this discussion fascinating, so I bought the movie. Not too far into it, I realized exactly how it was going to end. I then got to the end and realized I'd been dead wrong.
It's different from most of Duke's film in that it's a character study that raises moral questions without providing easy answers. In that sense, it is a very good film and I'm glad Duke didn't walk away from it.
