Walking Tall, the original one with Joe Don Baker. I've seen the one with "The Rock" but I much prefer the '70s version, though not the two sequels.

Received the Starz series "Spartacus: War of the Damned" as a birthday gift. It contained the most gratuitous violence and sex I have ever seen in my 64 years. The language, bloodshed and full frontal nudity made me blush and wince.
Loved every second of it.We deal in lead, friend.

The man who would be king.
They don't make films like that anymore! Kipling story, John Huston directing with Sean Connery and Michael Caine starring at the height of their fame. A quality affair -
Death Wish 4 Paul doesn't have much luck with the ladies every time he gets attached to one she gets killed.

I love the rapport in this between Connery and Caine, the fast talking witty dialogue is excellent.

I'm amazed The man who would be king isn't better remembered. It was nominated for 4 oscars and it's still breathtaking to watch now!

I think they tried for awhile to make it one of those films you watch at Christmas alongside the likes of The Great Escape etc but it never really caught on, it is strange you rarely hear it mentioned given the director and two of the UK's greatest ever in the leads. -
