Well, we did get to see The Quiet Man on the big screen a couple of years ago, and had a great time.

Hmmm, an hour's flight from Portsmouth to Belfast = a flight from Corpus Christi "International" airport to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). I wonder how much a ticket would cost round trip? I wonder if the price here vs in England, would be about the same?

Well, the rumor is still goig on here in town that the old Ritz Theater, which is located downtown here in Corpus Christi, is suppoed to be undergoing renovation and is only going to show older classic movies. If it ever does happen, I will be spending a lot of my time there.

It is not like the Queen's festival to have something so commerical but it is nice to see anyway. I notice the start times are quarter past 6 which is a bit of a silly time to start them as most people will not have the opportunity to go unless they go straight from work.

Hi Emmanuel, I sure envy you in having a theater nearby that is showing Dukes movies. I had hoped that by now, the Century Theaters here in town, which has 16 screens, would have started showing classic movies on at least one of their screens. I had heard that they too, were planning on having one screen reserved for only showing nothing but classics. I was by there last weekend and nope, they still have not changed their selections.
