What Are YOU Doing This Weekend ?

Me and my brothers and family will be going to Gettysburg Pa.For the weekend. We found out that our great great grandfather on are mothers side fought in the great battle. He was wounded on the third day but survived. His name is on the Pennsylvania monument.

That's awesome Bill. My wife and I hope to get to Gettysburg in the fall. My great great grandfather on my father's side also fought there for the Union. Did you know that the captured Confederate prisoners were all transferred to Fort Delaware? The fort was used as a prisoner camp during the Civil War. My wife and I just went there yesterday and had a great time. You have to take a ferry out to Pea Island where it sits. It was an enjoyable day trip for us.
