From what I've seen, I sense that those commemorative rifles are worth around $800 to $1200, but I'm not an expert.
There are definitely members of this board that are very knowledgeable when it comes to guns. So stay awhile . . . and chat about the Duke while you're at it, as well!

I wouldn't let it go for $800 unless I needed the cash. With the stamp coming out there will be more interest .
Keep it mint and figure $25 - 50 increase per yer. Thats what I seen them raise in the last 6years.

It all depends on which commemorative you purchased. There were 1000 Canadian issued John Wayne's, 49,000 US John Wayne's, 1000 of the "Duke" commemoratives and only 100 of the John Wayne 1 of 300 made
