A mixed bag of weather without the snow. Cool part of the week, some strong storms, humid days, and now getting ready for a southern storm heading this way just in time for Mother's Day. A day of rain, rain, rain. Just hope no severe storms. Love the rain.
You know a friend told me, that in Alabama, you are within ten days of a drought if you don't get any rain. We constantly need it on a weekly basis. We are officially about 7 inches below normal. A funny feeling when we had flooding weather over the past week. And even funnier when I get flooded while on the other side of the neighborhood, it is dry and opressed.

Actually is nice today--winds from the North are keeping things cooler and drier than the past several days. Great day for a nic e long walk.

It is a most lovely Mother's Day - very pleasant temperatures, maybe 70-ish - perfect for this mama, at least!
