Joined a few days ago. Favorite Western actors are John Wayne, RANDOLPH SCOTT (A-h-h-h), Joel McCrea, and way too many others.
Other favorite westerns are
THE WILD BUNCH
HOMBRE
ULZANA'S RAID
THE PROFESSIONALS
THE WONDERFUL COUNTRY
THE TREASURE OF PANCHO VILLA
BANDIDO
THE LAST COMMAND
EDGE OF ETERNITY (Cornel Wilde)
and way too many good old 1940s and 1950s forgotten movies.
Right now I am watching SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS and MAN IN THE SHADOW on STARZ Western channels. -

Welcome to our new members, great to see some new faces.

Glad I found this place. Is there a thread where members can post pictures of their John Wayne "stuff"? My latest acquisition: A lucite block of the Duke from when I visited Hollywood a couple of months ago. Oh, and I took a picture of John's footprints at Graumann's Chinese Theater.

Howdy all! I so love John Wayne, especially in this day and age. I look forward to speaking with so many of you about this incredible and gifted talent.

Hi. I have just joined the forum. I have been a John Wayne fan since the '70s and still enjoy watching his movies over and over again. My favourite movie is El Dorado, the setting, the scenery, the atmosphere and the cast remains great even after all these years.
