Rained most of the day then it all cleared up and we had a sunny evening.

Hi Smokey, it's a deal ;-)) I love cool to cold weather and prefer overcast skies too. Right now im looking outside at near 100 F temps, low winds and high humidity.

Same here, heating is back on.
Not many places it can go from sunny and 25 degrees to 10 and blowing a gale with rain in a few days... That's England!
Hence why we are renowned for talking about the weather; there's lots to talk about!

It now hasn't stopped raining in Northern Ireland for 24 hours.

I cant wait to be able to say the same thing.

We were supposed to get Thunderstorms lasting through Sat--but only got a few flashes of lightning and no thunder.

Been raining all day!! Still gives us something to moan about!
If it wasnt for the weather and what do you want for your tea tonight the art of conversation would be dead in Scotland!!
