heres hoping that your right hopefully all this rain will break it but the benifits will only be felt if the city folk are kept on the restrictions that they are on now. and your right it has been longer with the drought and when it was declared was only 5 years ago it became common knowledge before that it was not really known. hope that you get some much needed falls in the south burnett area.
today has been fine and the temps is 31C at 11:15pm nice and warm for a change hehe

Overcast skies, cold winds from the north--a perfect day ;-))

Suppose to get a wintery mix tonight, and by Sunday, we'll be in the low 60's. This has been a roller coaster ride with the weather.

Rain, rain, and more rain . . . around 6" total so far . . .
-
Rain this morning and dreary throughout the day not getting out of the 40's. But tomorrow we are going to be clear and in the low 60's. What a contrast in the weather here. More rain coming in a couple of days. We are a little below normal of about a half an inch, but it's better than what we've been in the past.

A lovely "False Spring" day.
We're having one of those too today. In fact, I'm gonna grill a steak outside today. In shortsleeves. This in what is supposed to be the coldest month of what used to be called winter. -
was reading in the weekend paper and it was saying that there are still many drought declared areas which didnt receive any of the rain that we have been having and they have missed out on the flows from the floods in the central area of queensland, looks like we will still be drought declared for a while.
today we had a lovely day it is 32C @11:12pm they say it will be another day like today tomorrow and we all know why its because the children are all going back to school, rain all over their holidays but nice and sunny for school.

Our weather was cool on Sat, much warmer on Sunday and even warmer still today. Partly coludy with high gusting winds from the SOuth. Almost feels like fragging summer again.
-
Rained this afternoon, got a really heavy shower that lasted for around an hour or so, and drizzle on and off. Was pushing 35-40C here today, now down around 22-23C.
-
It's 40 degrees now. Today, we're having thunderstorms changing to snow with 50 mph winds. Tonight's temp -2.
-
Well, it was cold, really cold for about a week. Then yesterday it hit 42 F. Now we are back to 2 F and snow. Going to get to -12 F tonight and hopefully more snow on the way.
-
After a day of 70 degree weather, we were in store of a rather stormy night. Tomorrow will be much colder or at least in the mid-50's. Sunny for the day and then a little more rain to end the month.
Cheers -
A little bit of rain, a little bit of sun, don't know what to say. . . .
