Unfortunately, what has been rumoured for months has finally seen the light of day in that Gordon Brown is ceasing to be mentally capable to make the type of decisions required of him as Prime Minister and if that was not enough he is also going blind. At least in the US Presidential candidates are tested for mental competance.

They may be tested for mental competence, but unfortunately they aren't tested as to what country they truly have an allegiance to, cause what we've got now hasn't got an ounce of allegiance to this country!

2012 is a long way off and while Tim Pawlenty looks photogenic & media friendly is there really any substance to him and can he stay the course?

If there is some kind of recovery Obama stands a fair chance of being re-elected especially if the Republicans pick another dodo candidate.

I presume we have no Bush candidates for 2012? The one bit of light will be that one Clinton will be too old to run and the daughter will be too young YET!!
