  • Standing Outside The Fire by Garth Brooks.

Life is not tried, it is merely survived, if you're standing outside the fire.

Can't get much truer than that line there.

  • That Girl Is A Cowboy by Garth Brooks.

I've had one of my friends tell me, this song is "my song". :D
If you've heard this song, then you'll know what I'm talking about when I say that it really touched me for that friend to say it.

  • Hello All,
I like to listen to "The Best of the Shadows". I was lucky enough to meet them in the 1960's at the "I's" club in Soho in London. Hank Marvin plays lead guitar with Bruce Welch playing rythm guitar. Thay lasted together until the late 1980's when Hank migrated to Western Australia. A good group who were/are very versatile.
